No Refunds on Digital Products – Real Grooves Audio

This policy outlines Real Grooves Audio's approach to digital product purchases. It applies to all downloadable or electronically delivered goods including, but not limited to: GUI assets, VST plugin components, software, presets, subscriptions, and similar digital content.

1. No Returns or Refunds
- All sales of digital products are final.
- Once downloaded or accessed, purchases cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
- This applies to all license tiers: Personal, Commercial, and Extended Commercial.

2. Quality Assurance
- Every Real Grooves Audio product includes detailed descriptions, previews, and specifications to help you make an informed decision before purchase.
- Customers are encouraged to review all available materials, images, and licensing details prior to checkout.

3. Defective or Corrupt Files
- In the rare case of a corrupt or non-functioning file, we will work directly with you to resolve the issue.
- If a defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement file or a suitable workaround at our discretion.

4. Support & Licensing
- For support, email us directly at realgroovesaudio@gmail.com. We are musicians too — and we take pride in responding quickly and professionally.
- All products are covered by our standard single-user license unless explicitly upgraded.

5. License Transfers
- Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Please review license terms before purchasing.

- Real Grooves Audio reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
- By purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms.
